Thank you very much for consigning with ICON Luxe. We are excited that you have decided to partner with us. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
- Full payment will be made within 15 working days after your item is sold.
- Minimum consignment period is 60 days.
- Early retrieval before 60 days incurs a RM200 service fee per item.
- If your item is booked by a buyer, a 30-day notice is required to retrieve it.
- You confirm that the item is authentic, legally owned, and not linked to any illegal activity.
- If the item is deemed counterfeit, a RM400 penalty applies. ICON may dispose or take ownership if unpaid or uncollected after notice.
- ICON is not liable for natural wear or humidity damage (e.g., stickiness, rust, etc.).
- If lost while in our care, we’ll reimburse the agreed price within 90 working days.
- ICON has full discretion on how the item is sold or promoted.
- Updates are provided upon request only.
- The authentication fee is RM138 per item, payable at item drop-off, sale, or collection.
- If an unsold item is not collected within 2 months after notification, ICON may dispose of or take ownership.
